More about Ms. Christina:

Ms. Christina’s environmental consulting career started with working predominantly on pre-remedial assessments on Federal and State superfund sites.  She then jumped to the public sector side of the fence working as the City of Trenton, New Jersey’s Brownfields Coordinator and, later, as the City’s Director of the Division of Economic Development.

Currently, Ms. Christina is co-owner of Brownfield Redevelopment Solutions, Inc. (BRS). BRS was formed in 2003 with the sole purpose of assisting the public sector with establishing sustainable and aggressive brownfield redevelopment programs. BRS has stayed true to its mission of providing resources and expertise needed to bring projects from inception to completion by addressing community revitalization challenges through redevelopment, while safeguarding the integrity of the public’s trust.  This is accomplished by providing services to the public sector that include grant writing and management; environmental assessments; land use planning; economic analyses; stakeholder engagement; and other activities to facilitate the assessment, cleanup, and redevelopment of brownfield sites.

BRS personnel have been working with USEPA Brownfield Grants for over 25 years.  With a success rate of approximately 80%, BRS has accessed over $0.573 Billion in funding for our clients from various state, federal, and foundation funding including almost $60 million in USEPA Brownfield Grants.

Ms. Christina holds her Bachelor of Science in Biology and Environmental Science, with a concentration in Chemistry, from Westminster College. She is also a certified Economic Development Finance Professional.
